Recently, Rein successfully held its First Welding Skills Competition, bringing together frontline welding professionals to showcase their expertise, exchange skills, and promote a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

The event is part of Rein's annual employee development program and an important initiative under the Dong Guangshi Craftsman Innovation Studio, which aims to cultivate highly skilled talent and strengthen the company's manufacturing competitiveness.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Du Zhengliang, Vice President of Rein and Chairman of the Labor Union, emphasized the critical role of welding in pressure vessel manufacturing.
