Recently, two heavily secured, mysterious products underwent meticulous hoisting and loading at Rein’s assembly workshop, ready for shipment to Australia.

These are two hydrogen storage cylinder bundles from Rein, meticulously encased in protective packaging. This comprehensive shielding primarily ensures full protection during their nearly 10,000-kilometer journey.

“While the extensive packaging isn’t due to being ‘too advanced to display,’ the ‘advanced’ designation is well-deserved. Custom-designed for an Australian hydrogen project, these cylinder bundles demonstrate cutting-edge technology and high standards across multiple dimensions,” stated a company representative.

The two hydrogen storage cylinder bundles delivered by Rein operate at 50MPa and 90MPa working pressures, respectively. They are also the company’s first high-pressure hydrogen storage equipment certified with the high-standard ASME U3 stamp.

The products meet stringent international requirements in raw materials, design, manufacturing, testing, safety, and intelligence.

Safety performance，All electronic components in the cylinder bundles strictly comply with IEC Ex explosion-proof certification and SIL 2 functional safety standards, while the cylinder containers fully adhere to Australian AS1200 regulations. Pressure transmitters are installed at twice the standard domestic quantity, with enhanced inspection protocols implemented throughout all production stages to ensure comprehensive safety performance.

Intelligent features，each pneumatic valve at the filling ports integrates electronic control systems enabling remote gas-filling operations. The installed pressure and temperature transmitters facilitate real-time remote monitoring of internal gas conditions within the pressure vessels.
